A couple of weeks ago I had an appointment with an Orthopedic specialist about my sore shoulder and the restriction in mobility. He believes I have snapped a tendon in my shoulder. I'm waiting for an appointment for scans and I have been placed on the Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy waiting list.

My garden is a mess 🤣 Uncle had a massive shed that was full of junk and rotting away. Took a full week last August to demolish it, clear the ground and fill a skip. Taken me a full week to build a fence from scratch using pallet wood.
