BATS - Part 23 Our bats, it turns out, likely spend winters in OR or CA, but spend summers in the PNW islands as a 'maternal roost' to raise pups. Our inspection likely downplayed the severity intentionally, or the sellers actively hid damage behind the walls. But no bats were present in Feb #bats
