At school we used to watch a series of educational programmes called Look and Read. There was character called Wordy and they scared the living days out of me as a kid. I would scream, cry and run out of the classroom. The teachers thought I was making it up. Wordy still puts me on edge today.

I've had sinus flare ups since the later part of last week. I'm glad I messaged my boss yesterday, because I've woken up to day feeling like someone's dropped an anvil on my head. Got a runny noise, aching muscles and shivers. It's cartoons and lemsip for me for a few days.
