Just for a bit of Northern Canadian Culture… here’s one of my favourite indigenous bands from Nunavut. There’s an English version too, (“Northern Lights” by the Jerry Cans) but with good music, you don’t need to know the lyrics.

In response to how Canada reacted to the Tumbler Ridge Tragedy. Even I noticed how the Rage-Baiters in my other media feeds were quickly shamed for weaponizing the deaths of children. Personally I found it disgusting and I’m glad I wasn’t alone.

Just another example of how Trump sells rage to his base. It’s much more affective showing MAGA things to be outraged about, than showing their lame alternative that reveal how pathetic they look.

Honestly, Canadians are fed up with our US Ambassador. He was obviously assigned to provoke, inflame and mock Canadians with his childish threats, gaslighting and spreading of 51st rhetoric. Pete Huckster is just another MAGA clown politician in Trump’s circus and he’s always been a clown.

ICE shot a woman in the face, assassinated a man in the street and told the world not to believe our lying eyes when video evidence proved they’re lying. Canada can’t work cooperatively with an organization that’s a Fascist SS Brute Squad and lies to get the outcome they want. 🇨🇦 KICK ICE OUT NOW!!

My only issue about this nomination: is what about Portland, LA, Chicago and other victim cities of ICE’s Operation Metro Surge? This isn’t a one state problem and even if this nomination was done with good intentions, I think it downplays how serious the attack on American citizens actually is.

Canadian Conservatives are so proud of their leader and his election landslide. Here the thing though: the Party Convention was in a Conservative Strong hold and only 2800 people, you had to be there to vote, nobody was running against him and he still only got 87.4% of the vote. Such a big win!

I like getting my news from multiple sources, but these days reporting inside and outside the USA seem like 2 completely different timelines.

Just 2 examples showing how outside of the USA, news is based on coroner reports and evidence, but inside the USA news has been reduced to state protectionism and written narratives.

These numbers (at this time) may be too optimistic, but the years of Poilievre pandering to Maple MAGA, calling Canada broken, praising Trump & Elon and offering nothing but attacks are finally coming home to roost. Canadians can see first hand the results of such politicking in the States.

Trump did the same thing by refusing to fix 🇺🇸’s Southern border. Just like Trump, Poilievre wants dysfunction and for Canadians to suffer hardships, because capitalizing on anger and frustrations is the only way he knows how to lead. America has taught us the results this kind of leadership.
