as a trans woman you can can counter 'clearly still just a man' 'do you even want to transition' etc perceptions by investing in yourself but then i think you more become an exotic specimen for others to admire and project onto from a distance rather than a fully-realized person

i find “you are valid” to be very infantilizing and i think there are a lot of ways to support people who aren’t ready to take steps toward transitioning yet that aren’t this, esp. because being afraid of becoming “ugly” or being on “poisonous” t are big myths that keep trans men off hormones

with the weather getting chilly, it feels like the perfect time to bring back my celebrated tonkatsu nights! here we have 8 cutlets of about 4 ounces each - the initial layer of flour will set for a while to ensure good adhesion, and then they'll get the egg & panko dredge :D

i re-played halo 2's high charity mission last night! even when halo 2 is clearly running on fumes & crunch-time padding tricks, it's constantly pulling aura out of pockets and corners. and you can genuinely see continuity in level & encounter design with e.g. aotcr's corridors
