I have added a step to my oral hygiene routine. Please tell me if it is stupid, I am not a dentist this is not professional advice. after brushing and flossing but before mouthwash I will rinse my mouth with cold water from the sink until it warms up from my mouth and then spit it out and repeat.

Avid (Pro Tools, Sibelius) is an evil corporation who tries to corner it’s customers into buying stuff lest they never have access to knowledge needed to use their software. I have not been depressed for three weeks straight and I previously had been depressed for most of my adult life (I am 32). I think it could be a combo of a few things that did it for me. I did transcranial magnetic stimulation, I started the medication “Auvelity” and I have two wonderful partners.

Soda Jinx (the band I write songs for and sing in and play trombone and play synth) played a really great show last night with Speckle, Drinking Bleach and Cautious Driver. It was Speckle’s album release show and they were so goooood! My two partners also met for the first time and it was so cool 🥹
