The Liano being out of its case at the minute is actively making me want to play the harder tunes from Kirby's Epic Yarn *from memory* and now I'm very excited about the possibilities of what I can do

Do not Hate watch the new Harry Potter. Let it die. Leave it alone. In fact we don't have to let J.K be the monopoly on magic and witches and wizards. Support creators who aren't bigots making magical works independently like myself. Support a black queer creator and her teen witch of the Midwest

7 whole lbs omg 😮 I'm trying to imagine what the Alesis would feel like with its weights removed Does that piano still feel piano-like to you with the weight removal?

120

It does. My mind goes into a completely different workflow if the keys are not piano ones (immediately thinks in organ mode) These keys have the feel of semi-weighted and I feel like I can glide on these nicely, even if they're lighter than the keys on my Alesis (which are themselves semi weighted)

Ya girl got a new (read: secondhand) gigging piano

A photo of me wearing cold weather rainbow decora fashion, sat on a sofa playing a piano. The piano is a blue Korg Liano L1 that I've only just begun to plaster with stickers

Thank you 🥰 I figured I'd aim for something saturated like my current fits, glad you like it!

010

Noted for if I want a workout 👀 I don't think my body is ready for one just yet. The Alesis is now gonna be permanently hooked up to the desktop PC

Korg Liano L1, in the electric blue colour. It genuinely *is* light omg Lugging the Alesis Recital was a PITA but I barely feel the weight on this

Too tired to alt text so I'll describe it here: a choker with 2 layers. Top layer is 2 bead ladder stitched w/ rainbow satin thread. I attached some bunny & flower beads, and letter charms reading Usahana's name Bottom layer is a strand of flowers, stars, butterflies, and hearts in various colours

I do Splatoon fanart sometimes. Been sick lately so I've been trudging through this one, but managed to do a Tori-kun study of @superfintastic.bsky.social's Magic Medley in three days

A piece of Splatoon fanart I drew, featuring two idols belonging to superfintastic, Polly Chapdelaine (tan skin, green overalls, black tights, short green tentacle hair, pink eyes, black woolen cap, pink, green and white shoes) and Nia Paradis (pale skin, green eyes, pink overalls, long pink tentacle hair, big white bow on her hair, white tights, black shoes with green laces and pink details) playing with commemorative coins. Polly is sitting on a graffiti covered outdoor staircase, flipping her gold coin in the air. Nia is sitting on the bannister, holding her silver coin in her right hand against the light while keeping herself steady with her left hand. In the background are some shops, one of them an Ammo Knights branch, and another a clothing store

Drew this for @willaiskilla.bsky.social as a Pride tee design. I'm so incredibly proud of this that I now want to plaster this everywhere as a sticker omg

A graffiti style drawing I did of a drink can with the words "Gender Fluid," a pun on the genderfluid flag. I used the genderfluid flag colours as a palette with which to draw the can and its branding, as well as the abstract swoosh design behind it. For context, the genderfluid flag is five horizontal stripes in these colours in this specific order from top to bottom: a warm baby pink, white, almost neon purple, black, and ultramarine blue

Following how well received the Gender Fluid drink can design has been on here (thank you all so much by the way 🥹🙏🏽)— I went ahead and did a follow-up. Mystère, a tropical themed, mystery flavoured drink for the Questioning drinker

Graffiti style drawing I did of a pride flag themed drink can, this time the Questioning flag (orange, yellow, green and blue with a white question mark in the centre). I worked those horizontal stripe colours onto the can and drew them as fluids, and then put the white question mark on top, and on top of it the word "Mystère" (French for "mystery") in bubble text, with each letter having a different colour of the Questioning flag. On the bottom right of the can, there's flavour text that I handwrote which reads, "Mystery flavour for the questioning drinker"

I was gonna say, the Redbubble's there if you wanna swipe some! 👀✨

Thank you 💜🙏🏽 You can thank Will for the idea since she provided refs of Gender Fluid drink cans; I just wanted to do The One for her

Thank you so much! 🥹🙏🏽 I told WillaIsKilla that I'd come up with the design in a single night because it just came into my head and held me captive so much that it would never leave me

010

I'm hoping to do more if I can find appropriate puns and branding ideas for the pride flag colours! 🙏🏽

US Democrats, you need to make signing the Rome Statutes the top priority in your legislation. Surrender your war criminals to the ICC.

Suddenly all my ravings against Geometry Dash don't seem so insane anymore lol Except, myself and multiple people saw the inaction of more than a decade ago and KNEW EXACTLY where that would lead, because it's a community building problem, where lip service is paid to ground rules

000

On the one hand you have action that, from the perspective of someone who has suffered sexual assault, is painfully slow because evidence needs to be corroborated On the other hand you have absolutely fuck all. No acknowledgement, no action, nothing

100

I'm also gonna say this: there's a lot of entwinement between this and Newgrounds, "my turf" so to speak so we bear some responsibility too, EXCEPT When discovered, in most cases, the mods have acted. Koraii the neo-Nazi had his account deleted, and a case is being advanced against two more users

It just got a hell of a lot worse Let me say it loudly for the folks at the back DOING NOTHING ABOUT PAEDOS IS ENABLING PAEDOS And what the fuck do y'all expect when you can't be fucking arsed to moderate the game on a purely *copyright* perspective 🧵

Screenshot taken from Reddit of a conversation between a former Geometry Dash mod, Zyraa (@iZyraaaa), and someone asking them a question, jay (@DasshuDev). The conversation goes like this:

Zyraa: Former GD moderator here, ask me anything about the role/modchat! I have no reason to keep RobTop's secrets anymore and I'm very likely going to quit soon after the dust settles on this so I really have nothing to lose doing this :D

Jay: Did any conversation come up regarding child safety? Surely for a community as big as this and with so many GD moderators being outed as PDFs, something had to have circulated around regarding security and all that, right?

Zyraa: Oh it was a constant topic, was brought up to Rob numerous times and he decided to choose inaction every single time

Brindle Band is the div4 fan favourite. Many fans have been celebrating Brindle getting 5th. My work on the kit, as a dep for this band, has been noticed by a lot of people in the audience If they do what is clearly cut out for them, they will pull upset victories in the years to come

"Can't settle, won't settle" must be the new work ethic. If we are to stand a chance of advancing into the higher divisions of this league, then they know what to do: watch the conductor, listen to each other, and *trust* each other A work ethic that some of us know from our involvement with bands
