When other teams throw in the middle of the field against our defense, it’s completely open. When we throw in the middle of the field, the receivers are blanketed and get tackled immediately. No YAC. That’s Jalen’s timing. And that’s play design. It’s absurd.

On back to back plays Tay Adams pushed off by pushing Q in the throat and face mask to create separation and get a first down - no OPI. Then, he gets tackled hard by Q at point of contact, and while on the ground he kicks up at Q who’s standing, neither were thrown for a penalty. Officials are trash

If that’s Josh Allen or Patrick Mahomes, they throw a roughing the passer. However, it’s Jalen hurts so he is not afforded that same protection. And unblocked blitzer put his shoulder under his throwing arm, left his feet and drove him to the ground full body weight, that’s the definition of a RTP.

I think this game just goes to show that KP is really the main villain and issue with the offense. Failed to get a single yard on 3rd/4th and 1 and 2nd/3rd and 1. The playcalling is fucking atrocious, and the situational awareness of this team and coaching staff is just as bad

@denizselman33.bsky.social I was wondering if you’ve done a number crunch on the number of 1st, 2nd and 3rd down plays the eagles run that lead to a 1st down. It seems like more often than not we’re in third down, and the success rate on 1st and 2nd doesn’t often lead to a following 1st.

Jared Verse just peace signed to the falcons bench on the run back to the end zone after blocking a punt, while the play was still going. That’s the definition of a taunting penalty and should’ve negated the run back. It would’ve been called a penalty on the eagles and it would’ve reversed the TD

The Eagles get to 11-5, 2 seed still in play. The defense was awesome, but the game was almost blown by the offensive staff's extremely conservative second half. A road win against a good Bills team should probably feel better than this one will for most fans.
