Have to use all these peppers we grew! Made a batch of pickles. 3 habanero, onion and garlic pickles and one jar with shallots, garlic and ghost pepper pickles. Ghost pepper fermenting on the counter. Should be ready in about two weeks.

Harvested another batch of ghost peppers (still 50+ on the plant 😐). Going to dehydrate them for the winter. Maybe make a chili powder.

So I went and tried to start the jeep in the garage and the battery is dead as a doornail. The garage that was scheduled to be closed for 3-4 weeks is now at 3 months and the new ETA on reopening is now November 🤬 🤷‍♂️🖕

Jason added a chopped ghost pepper to his bowl of soup. 🍲 About ten minutes later he came back to the kitchen and said thank god he didn’t touch his pee pee but made the mistake of blowing his nose before washing all the capsaicin off his hands 😂 now his nose/face is on fire 🤭
