To which I'd say if either that was the case, or a more calm explanation of 'hey, here's what the policy is please format it this was' happened, I think that'd have avoided most of this. Our staff had no reason to come out the gate swinging like that, though. Very disappointing.

Part of the issue, from my perspective anyway, was that while that policy is very clear on TCRF is has/had very little to no mention on Data Crystal. I don't think it is entirely unreasonable to not be aware of the policy if there's no policy on site to even reference beforehand.
