i don't need it to write my fuckin emails for me but it is dead useful for reading code, figuring out what log messages would look like for a given event, and then checking the logs for those messages. why tf couldn't we just USE IT FOR WHAT IT'S GOOD AT and stop SHOEHORNING IT INTO EVERYTHING

I take ZERO fiber supplements as part of this. It's all dietary fiber. No gummies, no goopy psyllium, just LOTS OF WHOLE GRAINS & FRUIT & VEG :)

I started joking about "fibermaxxing" a while back because the protein trend had taken off and I was like, I am focusing on fiber, but it's really what I do. And I feel WAY better when I'm eating a lot of fiber (yes, as someone who has had lifelong digestive issues). JUST TRY IT!

where possible, eat whole grains! thomas's light multigrain english muffins have EIGHT GRAMS OF FIBER each! have that as a snack and you're like 75% of the way if you had the shredded wheat breakfast!!! throw in some fruits & veg with your various meals and you are just SO TOTALLY THERE!!!
