How is it that there is serious consideration in tearing down the Kennedy Centre. Donald Trump nor his board of trustees personally own the Centre as it is owned by the Federal Government; besides which, there is likely a Heritage Order on the building which is customary for such buildings!

Confirming Markwayne Mullin for Sec'y of the DHS would be a big mistake. Anger is written all over his face, and would likely be no less cruel than his predecessor. Besides which, if Trump orders him to send ICE to polling stations during the mid-terms, there is a good possibility he would comply!

U.S. Federal and State Police do not have, and have never had 'absolute immunity'! Furthermore, police do not have 'qualified immunity' when committing a crime. Qualified Immunity only applies in a civil action. J D Vance is counting on the fact that many people do not know the law!!

The U.S. Federal Gov't cannot usurp a states Sovereign Police Power to investigate its crimes (10th Amendment), which the Federal Gov't is attempting to do in the murder of Renee Good in order to control the outcome. Any evidence derived by the FBI must be turned over to the state for processing!

There is sufficient evidence for the Minneapolis police to arrest one Jonathan Ross (ICE Agent) for the murder of Renee Good. The murder took place in the jurisdiction of Minneapolis and the local authority has an obligation to conduct an independent investigation, quite apart from FBI involvement!

Mike Johnson announced today his baulking at previous governments not dealing with the Epstein matter. It seems to have escaped his recollection that Epstein was convicted in June of 2008 & subsequently committed suicide in 2019 and has been ongoing. Now he needs to deal with the case as he should!

The notion that U.S. Courts are powerless is a falsehood! If it is shown that there is a criminal contempt of court, a judge may issue a bench warrant for an arrest. In Britain/Canada it would be the police that would execute the contempt order, apart from the Solicitor General/Attorney General!

Tariffs on the Canadian automotive industry is counter-productive! Many car parts are produced in Canada which are made using highly specialised robotics which would cost millions to produce and set up in the U.S. - not to mention the labour costs!
