I took this picture in one of the senate buildings the last time I was in DC. It makes me want to cry when I think of the beautiful east wing sitting in a landfill as rubble. The White House is older than this building and fuck that guy for trashing it.

She is hostile to Small business. I went to DC with a Small Business lobby group late last year and the SBA was prohibited from meeting with us! We had to have a law maker get a message to the SBA from us!!! I can’t explain how abnormal it was!!!

My 90 yr mom old used to do a lot of pet sitting, but no longer does and she misses the critters. A shelter in Ocala pairs senior cats with senior citizens to foster. The org takes care of medical needs for the cat and provides other support. Reclaims cat if needed. Anyhow, here’s Chouchou 🐈😁🥰

I want to know about the fixtures. I’ve been in the East Wing and there were beautiful art deco wall sconces, and even the doorknobs had detailed medallions on them. The wood trim and marble floors were gorgeous. It’s not just furniture. The whole structure was irreplaceable.

I completely agree. My beloved good girl Ruby had bone cancer at the end of her life and there were so many decisions to make regarding her care. It was a huge relief to not have the cost of the different options be a deciding factor in how we moved through it.
