In Quran 2:190, it is forbidden to hurt innocent people. But, 9/11 was the most famous news, therefore, no wonder the Quran points it out to prove that the Quran is the Word of God & He is All-Knowing.
The 1st human landing on the Moon was on the day 20/7. Quran mentioned the word Moon in Arabic 27 times. The 20th time exists in Moon's chapter. The remaining occurrences of the word Moon in the Quran = 7. That = the day 20/7. In Hijri, the Sunni Islamic lunar calendar, the date was 5 5 1389. Moon's chapter in Quran is 55 verses, & there are only 1389 verses between its opening & the last verse in Quran. This is a proof for Sunni Islam because Hijri calendar was established by Umar, the 2nd Sunni caliph. Sunnis worship God alone. ≈ 90% in the Islamic world are Sunnis who differ in piety. Quran 76:8 commands kindness even towards war captives. ISIS & Al-Qaeda are ignorant of Islam. They need to be taught Islam by the greatest independent Sunni scholars.
