Goodness me! RETATRUTIDE has waaay too many Rs and Ts for my liking. Lilly went with "Mounjaro" and "Zepbound" for tirzepatide, so I wonder what they'll pick for retatrutide? Trubound? Trujaro? Trattitude? 🤣

I air-fried a couple of breaded chicken patties and a couple of hash brown patties for lunch today. Nutritional garbage, but emotional satisfaction. After this rare lapse, I'll be back to the normal dietary intake tomorrow!

Half the season was Star Trek at its very best, and half the season was Star Trek at its very WORST. Some of it was just bafflingly awful and I can't explain it. 🤷🏻‍♂️ #StarTrek #StrangeNewWorlds

🖖🏻 I've been a Star Trek fan all my life, and I've loved all forms of it from the Original Series to Starfleet Academy. I would never have believed I would think this, but I've just finished watching season 4 of "Strange New Worlds" and I'm happy season 5 will be its last. #StarTrek

I did an inventory of my drawers. I had 4 pairs of shorts to donate, because when shorts-wearing season comes around again they will be way too big for me. Happily, some of the motorcycle gear I'm currently too big for should fit nicely in the next riding season! #WeightLoss #Zepbound #tirzepatide

I'm surprised they don't make it illegal for cars to have tinted driver and front passenger windows. As a motorcyclist, it is much safer for me to navigate intersections when I can see the eyes of the driver who may leap out in front of me.

🖖🏼 Happy Birthday to STAR TREK! The Original Series first aired on this day 60 years ago. Star Trek has been extremely important to me. It would be fair to say it has shaped much of my life, including how I wound up getting married. #StarTrek #StarTrek60

As part of my diet, I tried this Kashi GO Protein + Fiber cereal today. Pretty good! I'll definitely be putting this into the rotation. #GLP-1 #GLP1 #Zepbound #Tirzepatide

A small container of breakfast cereal. On the container, it says "Kashi GO Protein + Fiber" and it says the honey almond flax crunch mix features 11g of protein and 11g of fiber.

One of the worst things about being on a GLP-1 medication is the REFLUX you get if you eat too late in the day. I was asleep for about 90 minutes before the reflux got me, and all you can really do is stand up or sit up straight until it goes away, which can be hours. #GLP-1 #GLP1 #Zepbound

I'm surprised it was an issue. There's a lot of available space there and there's always eminent domain if a bit needs to be nibbled off.

000

TrekkieMoto @trekkiemoto.com · 11/07/2026

Near the gas station? Yeah, that intersection needs to be a roundabout.

100

TrekkieMoto @trekkiemoto.com · 11/07/2026

I have some sympathy for the townships, but PennDOT has no excuse.

100

TrekkieMoto @trekkiemoto.com · 10/07/2026

For motorcycles it is lethal. At least a car stays upright when it loses traction. What really sucks is when it's PennDOT doing it. For example, the asphalt of Strasburg Road running through East Fallowfield Township was perfectly fine, and now it is basically gravel until it beds in.

110

TrekkieMoto @trekkiemoto.com · 10/07/2026

Fuck you, PennDOT, for converting some great motorcycle roads from asphalt to oil-and-chips. Fuck you to all the local municipalities who do the same thing. And fuck ALL of you for using cinders during the winter. ANY type of moving surface is DEADLY for motorcycle riders. ASPHALT, please.
