A little update, Finally got facial animations working!! I'm very out of practice when it comes to making Shape Keys but I'm happy with the results. Additionally I got shadows looking pretty nice along with how the model looks in-game. More soon?

In the current patched Steam version of No More Heroes, some button prompts load several times each frame, despite a lack of need to do so. This is a reference to the fact that even experienced industry veterans sometimes make lazy mistakes
