Its one those things that kill me. "Nothing matters" as a "so do better" versus "don't" No ethical consumption? Okay, sure, but you can have less unethical consumption. You won't be perfect, doesn't mean don't try. It means you can't hold perfection as a meaningful goal to judge yourself.

Honestly enforcing it beyond that even, even if its a one ending game, you game over if you kill a mook, or you have "nonlethal" weapons(yeah yeah, knocking someone out with head trauma but at least you tried is better than gun em down), and than you beat boss with your normal moves and just 1/2

Might be neat. Probably not something *I* could ever achieve actually, given it requires so many moving parts and info exchange and shit. (One player essentially being locked to map view, the other to what the eyes see for instance, can very easily become "whatever the other says" instead of fun)

Sometimes I wonder about taking this a logical extreme. The problem is instead of ending up with say...keep talking and no one explodes(One player difuses, the other reads), I end up with 2+ games where to progress in one(say as a tunneling dwarf), you *must* have a friend as a surface elf(2/?)

Looking it up more, it seems to be more likely they'd have used a leather strap with only some ancedotal evidence of it. I think I saw another reply where it tied to the Indian Rebellion of 1857, which at least from wikipedia, seems to be more likely.
