Progress in a big court case against the trans military ban. The servicemembers who were kicked out met all the qualifications and served honorably. There were kicked out only bc they happen to be trans.

Sweeping, categorical bans on trans youth in sports lack any nuance. They treat bowling the same as basketball, and elementary school the same as college. Different situations deserve different rules. Schools and sports associations handled this successfully for years before it became weaponized
