We’ve simplified age verification so you may get prompted on first sign in to confirm your age. We won’t ask for your birthdate. Finally, you can set your AI preferences under Settings > AI Preferences to inform services how they can use your data

There’s a few core features we chose to add such as pronouns, basic Markdown support, code blocks, and even tangled string embeds. If your account ever ends up suspended, our app will point you to the right service to send your appeal.

Until our AppView is setup, we’ll be using the @blackskyweb.xyz AppView for Northsky users logging into it. This means that by using the Northsky Social App with our moderation you will be participating in community run infrastructure by Northsky and Blacksky.

With the latest Bluesky App update, independent PDS users and Northsky users may experience this error. We will be updating our PDS shortly to support the new file size limit for 4K photos today after reviewing the update. This should be resolved shortly, thanks for your patience!

Migration process repaired and upgraded! Now there should be fewer blob-related failures, we've added more detailed info about blob uploads, and we've added an "import missing blobs" option if you encounter any missing media. Thank you for your patience and invites will resume shortly!

We've already disabled all the tracking we can, and even asked them to disable more for us, which they have via a beta feature they enabled for us. The website is currently displaying properly with enhanced tracking on with Firefox.
