Bikini bottom is interesting because it seems to be very reminiscent of early 20th century America. The city has zero sidewalks but it doesn’t matter because bikini bottomites will share the roads with both cars and pedestrians, much like America before jaywalking became illegal.

My father is a builder. It is difficult to get his attention in a magnificent space because he is lost in wonder. We were in the memphis pyramid together and I asked him what it would cost to build it today. I will never forget his answer. “We can’t, we don’t know how to do it”
