first therapy went okay. in other news, grandpa is declining extremely rapidly... another appointment for me tomorrow. wondering if i will ever be able to shut off my "overdrive" again or if life is just going to keep being too much. im *SO* exhausted.

i was not there for some people. they were at their lowest when i was also hitting low points and i failed to help them, comfort them, or be there for them. what "right" do i have to these good people in my life?

i dunno. just makes me really uncomfortable that the first thing my grandpa says in an emergency situation is "boy i thought yous wasnt able to help" when i try to help get him up from another fall with someone else helping. just really doesnt feel good. that just soured my mood really badly.

what is it called when: two people are sick one thinks something needs to be done RIGHT NOW OR ELSE, but they shouldnt be doing anything that hard because they are sick But the other person doesnt want to jump up immediately they are sick, energy issues, blood pressure, dizziness etc issues.
