Hi, thanks for the reply, I have filled out that form so should be showing at your end. Do I still need to apply via the link or just filling out the form be enough to switch as I know it use to be that way before? The link is asking for MPAN and MCS cert which Octopus already have on file.

I didn't know he had left, will read the article. It was him and few other photographers that made me move from Sony to Fujifilm. I had xt1 and xpro 1 and x70 first but sold them to get my x-t4 and Ricoh GRiii, I must admit the build quality on the xt4 is not as good as the xt1 and xpro1, less metal
