Timing chip as a looped strip round the shoe laces is a new one for me. Aintree Half for me tomorrow with @RunThroughUK not done one of their events before but did get reminded that my 1st ultra M2L did finish there. Bit different too running a few loops round the course. WLYKHIGO

This @centurionrunner winter downs 200 race for the womens is really gonna be close. Allie Bailey 103 has been just behind Eddie 173 off of Teas & Trails almost the whole way. Eddie took a quick nap, Allie is in front now, not much in it and like 15miles to go 😬 #ultramarathon
