I know the thermometer doesn’t say it’s soup season but I couldn’t wait any longer. Threw together a pot of potato leek soup with roasted garlic. Middle schooler tasted it and declared he is going to pack it in his school lunch tomorrow. That’s about the highest praise I could ever imagine. 🥰
