If Pete Hegseth were a real man: a man of dignity, strength, and honesty, he would admit he is not qualified for this position and never belonged here in the first place. Since he is none of those things, he will willingly place the courageous members of our Military and our nation in harm's way.

America’s unions and working people will not accept cuts to our essential services like Medicare, Medicaid, and Social Security just so billionaires can get even more tax breaks. We should be expanding essential services, not gutting them.

Burning coal is a large source of dirty air and climate change. Now Donald Trump is trying to subsidize coal with taxpayer dollars and destroy renewable energy production for electricity, even though it is cheaper (already) to utilize than coal. Why? For his donors?

It is cheaper to build solar panels or cluster of wind turbines and connect them to the grid than to keep operating coal plants

New in PN: White guy DEI "Pretending that Hegseth got nominated on merit is ridiculous, but it’s a fiction conservatives have all agreed to adopt. To admit he’s not qualified would mean acknowledging that straight white maleness does not automatically confer expertise."

The "us" that's supposedly getting "rich" is the government. By taxing Americans. He's bragging about how much money he's taking out of our pockets.

We need to call out the blatant lie being pushed by the Trump administration—that Elon’s staffers have only “read-only” access. It has been confirmed across departments that they have “administrative” access to computer systems.
