What I've also noticed is that for some works, the publishers are filing so late/down-to-the-wire that the Effective Date of Registration falls outside of that 3-month period that affects your remedies, so THAT'S COOL

I know, it’s middle grade and I could’ve wrapped up everything neatly, had the entire war won all at once, but the reality is that life is a push and pull. There will be epic wins and heartbreaking defeats but either way, it’s not the end— we, and the people around us, keep going.
