You know, I genuinely thought that ralsei was a girl by the end of chapter one, and it wasn't until my second playthrough that I started noticing the "he"s and whatnot. It's so fun to dissect his journey and how he projects himself because he is spiritually feminine and I love him for it

Your pedantism is well placed, but also, mention the elephant lol, that still means one in six have suicidal ideation and I don't think those people should really be on the front lines (it's not about who is more useful doing what, it's about how we treat our own people)

Yeah, I second this, it reminded me of Ōkami. If you keep all the character animations down to key frames with no interpolation you can make it work, too, although idk if that's up with your vision :( The new one looks good too, this is just my gripe.

It's not just community, it's also support. If the platform only has a couple thousand people and you have a novel problem, it's highly likely you'll have to get in contact with someone. And because it's so small, there's a high likelihood of there being a problem :/

Minecraft. Yes, I'm a zoomer lol. Got me into engineering with redstone. Also has a wild aesthetic and story when you think about it (in single player, you've got the entire world to yourself, and nobody to share it with. Steve searches for clues on his people, and only finds long abandoned ruins).

Whether or not it philosophically "thinks" is up for debate, but whether or not it performs the same basic functions that we do in a thought process isn't. It expresses the ability to see a problem, see its parameters, notice correlations, and come to a solution without human assistance (mostly).

TIL that haxeflixel is actually an excellent foundation for a super simple game engine while you learn how to do the basics of game and tool development. Was able to just jump into a completely alien and huge FNF mod and fix a bug in a matter of hours. Never done that before lol.
