No Child Left Behind was well-intentioned but stupidly conceived. Teaching to a test does not teach the subject matter, only how to take that test. We've now had 20 years of kids who never learned to think critically to solve problems or reading comprehension, making everyone just like GW Bush🤦‍♂️
