IGN does not say "no impact." They use the word "impact" once in their article, in the subtitle, which is "minimal impact". Which I think is a perfectly reasonable thing to write after an analyst says they saw "no significant change" (eg "minimal impact"). They directly quote the analyst.

Great advice, but take it a step further. Have players rotate who does recap. This encourages everyone to be attentive during sessions, and also gives insight into what each player found noteworthy about the last session.
