CFz lottery results tonight. Honestly, not sure if I'm going. One one paw, it's my annual holiday and I get to see friends near and far as I rarely do. On the other paw, I don't know if I can realistically afford it, at least before payment deadline. A lot to think about at the moment.

Patience is gone. VR was really good fun tonight. I just needed to hang around with friends and have a laugh. It was just what I needed. Went to some pretty worlds too, so I've got some nice photo opportunities to have next time I'm on. For now, bed time. I'm sleepy.

You know what I hate about media nowadays? Someone can put out a heavily edited video showing someone in a bad light, and when someone puts out the full video to show context, there will be people who'll shout "AI." The video won't be, but that's also what genAI has conditioned people to do.

Even though I only found Dawntrail to be fine at best as an expansion overall, the credit roll at the end always fills me with a bit of sadness, knowing that it's done with and the next major patch will be the next expansion. But I am really looking forward to Evercold.

As per the new shift structure at work, this week will be my first five day weekend. Yeah, you heard that right. After Thursday I'll be off work until the following Wednesday. Five days off. I can't wait. It's almost like having a mini holiday, and it happens every fortnight.

I didn't mention, but I sold off a chunk of my Yoshi merch that I had, which contained a lot of plushies and figurines that I bought/was given over the years. I needed to de-clutter, and since I stepped away from the Yoshi fandom a few years ago, I figured it was time to part with some of it.

I hate that our assigned meal break is at this time in the morning. We don't get a "lunch" break, just a "meal relief" break. At 7:45am. When I've already had breakfast before I started. I ignore it and eat when I'm out anyway. I don't care. They don't tell me when my time to eat is.
