According to google he made this project as a collaborative effort between puzzle creators, but when his right wing trump supporting politics came out those creators distanced themselves. Then he took their names off the credits temporarily even though their work is used, which escalated tensions.

Yeah I'd have to agree. Just a 3 hit combo for the main weapon is a wild choice. And just 1 finisher? Like, you can press and hold attack, why not at least add one there? I get they are trying to stand out but this combat is just so uninspired.

In my experience as a simple comic reader, unique visuals stick with me much more than generic slick armor or sexy characters. That's not to say they're *better*, just that when I think about cool comics its always the unique art styles that stick out in my mind first.

And surely you have a frame you're attaching the wheel / pedals / shifter to? That bit of gear turned it from a casual fun time to a regular hobby. And may I suggest rumble packs for your breaks so you get a bit of feedback from your pedals? It may require some custom work though.

I've both done step by step navigation with printed map quest directions as well as having a giant map binder out for when I would travel in my dad's Semi Never felt lost, mapquest meant reading every single street sign and going "ah shit" when you inevitably pass it because it was hidden by a tree

The way my dad did it: put me on bike, feet on pedals, hands on handles. Hed hold up the bike while I did the rest and ran behind me while keeping me up. After a handful of sessions of this he did the classic "let go" move. Your kid needs confidence that it'll work without help, continue to practice

Sure, I can agree it was a bit of a bummer that we weren't getting the full original story. It does motivate me to play through the original to get the whole picture but it does defeat the purpose of a proper "remake"
