We still miss you Ettelo. I dedicate this account to you.

Tophersandwich @tophersandwich.bsky.social · 06/10/2026

I had sort of decided to dedicate my account in a way to a late friend. She loved Tifa and would've been horrified to learn that I did this (because she would want me to spend my money elsewhere) but I wanted to do it because to me this was keeping a part of her love alive in the world. I hope I did

I started Ever Crisis in a dark place of my life and I figured I was going to drop it early on or just play it very zen like, focus on one character and see how it goes. My first 10 pull gave me a Tifa 5 star and I took that as a sign that Tifa was gonna be that character.

With this I have documented every Tifa outfit from Ever Crisis. I waited till like a couple hours before the servers to shut off to do this because well I had kinda felt disillusioned with the idea of getting all the outfits long ago.

Twenty-fourth and Final Outfit: Zangan's Initiate (3rd Anniversary) Honestly I have no idea what this has to do with Zangan or the final battle with Sephiroth. It's just Tifa in an outfit that Aida Wong would wear while in the Spanish countryside. The Gloves are very good but that's kinda it.

Tophersandwich @tophersandwich.bsky.social · 06/10/2026

Twenty-third Outfit: Zangan Gi (Festival of Gratitude First Banner) It took them till the announcement of EoS to release an outfit shown in the first fucking trailer. And honestly this is one of her better outfits. Warrior Monk is hard to get wrong with Tifa and I could see her training in this.

Tophersandwich @tophersandwich.bsky.social · 06/10/2026

Twenty-second Outfit: Rider Jacket (Early Summer 2026) The second part of an outfit designed to match with Cloud and later on Zack which I think works. The big jacket is a nice look on her while the ripped jeans give an edge to her that is needed as a biker. Very good design.

Tophersandwich @tophersandwich.bsky.social · 06/10/2026

Twenty-first Outfit: Festive Style (2.5 Year Anniversary) It's a fine outfit and very pretty but it also means nothing. The 2.5 Anniversary was about fighting a Weapon in the lifestream with an Aerith who had passed on and Tifa just shows up in...a dressy pantsuit.

120

Tophersandwich @tophersandwich.bsky.social · 06/10/2026

Twentieth Outfit: Golden Flower Kimono (New Years 2026) You can *REALLY* tell that the dev team was starting to struggle to keep the game going since this outfit is just a recolor of the Feather Style and was also locked behind paid currency. Easily her worst outfit by this fact.

110

Tophersandwich @tophersandwich.bsky.social · 06/10/2026

Nineteenth Outfit: Battle Ensemble (Nier Crossover) 2B's outfit isn't bad but it also doesn't look good on everyone. Sticking it on Tifa is *fine* I guess but they had more characters they could've taken from as evidence from the other characters later in the collab.

120

Tophersandwich @tophersandwich.bsky.social · 06/10/2026

Eighteenth outfit: Guardian Corps Uniform (Tifa) (Final Fantasy 13 Crossover) The Dev team said in a livestream they couldn't figure out who should get the basic Lightning outfit so they gave it both to Tifa and Aerith and that person is stupid. I would've gone so much more for a Snow outfit.

120

Tophersandwich @tophersandwich.bsky.social · 06/10/2026

Seventeenth Outfit: AC Style (Advent Children/2nd Year Anniversary) It's Advent Children Tifa what do you want me to say. Iconic af.

120

Tophersandwich @tophersandwich.bsky.social · 06/10/2026

Sixteenth Outfit: Shining Spirit Beachwear (Summer 2025) One of the swimsuit options from FF7 Rebirth. It looks good on her. The Gloves however ruin the whole look. They feel tacked on to give her a weapon from the banner.

110

Tophersandwich @tophersandwich.bsky.social · 06/10/2026

Fiftieth Outfit: Seventh High School Uniform (Ever Crisis Academy/April Fools) Very generic school girl outfit that fits her trope as the class president, not nearly as inspired like Aerith's outfit which fully reshapes the character. Serviceable for what it's trying to do but beyond that nothing.

110

Tophersandwich @tophersandwich.bsky.social · 06/10/2026

Fourteenth Outfit: Armor of the Worthy (1.5 Year Anniversary) This outfit...is really just an excuse to put Tifa in a sexy outfit but to it's credit, the theme of the 1.5 year anniversary was Odin and each costume is someone from Ragnarok. Tifa in this case is Fenrir and the wolf aspects fit..eh

120

Tophersandwich @tophersandwich.bsky.social · 06/10/2026

Thirteenth Outfit: Festive Blue Daffodil Attire (New Years 2025) The New Years outfit and first banner of 2025 was a really stylish dress for Tifa that went all out. The blues and blacks blend very well and her gloves don't feel out of place like most of her outfits will have.

The concept of "God Packs" have fundamentally ruined TCGs. Actually get fucking bent you gambling addicted fuckwits. I hope your "investments" burn in a fire.

A Sniper Rifle but instead of the loud ass bullet sound it's instead a close up mic audio of a cat or dog sniffing the mic.

The Female Malfoy art trend so far is really hilarious because people will make stuff that is supposed to be very Tsundere but it's actual Malfoy quotes that are just racist.

I recently found out mine started selling graded cards and I felt a ping of just depression. That and they have kinda crazy mark ups. Gonna look for a new shop I think.

Did some off stream grinding in Champions. Got to Ultra Ball 2 rn. Had a friend helping in call with me. Getting to understand my team better.

Second day of VGC climbing in Champions. Ran into a lot of counter weather and I need to learn to play around it better. Thinking maybe getting a second team ready to try and climb with. Lots to stew on.

Tophersandwich @tophersandwich.bsky.social · 18/09/2026

First session of Champions done and dusted. Had a lot of games where I threw cause I just played to fast and didn't read a situation correctly. Lot to stew on. Mega Golisopod is such a fun mon to have. Gonna look to sub out some mons and see what I can do. Hit Ultra 4 in about 3 hours so I'm excited

Bro beyond the Warcraft announcements why did they hold a Blizzcon if everything else is 3+ years away.

Tophersandwich @tophersandwich.bsky.social · 12/09/2026

Star Wars Zero Company might be an easier game than X-Com (IDK if it is this was my first X-com style game) but god playing that game on the hardest mode is gonna make all my other playthroughs feels like I'm playing on god mode.

I think the Disney worlds look the best. KH naturally going into the Disney CG animated movie look is the best it could do. I don't like Quadratum at all.

Damn casually dropping a KH4 trailer today.

My dude, if this is about the OC post I was AGREEING with you about the issues with the weapon. This weapon was such an issue the dev team are looking at how they fundamentally do relics in the future.

000

Tophersandwich @tophersandwich.bsky.social · 30/07/2026

It's bad that 2/4 steps are just bad to farm in OC compared to outside and 1 step can't even be doen in.

Ah thank you for clearing that up. My vote is for Altera (IDK if she is classed as a Moon Cancer)

The biggest way to deflate me on the raids this expansion is "In Collaboration with..." I don't doubt Eva and BTL will be good fights but they will not expand the story at all.
