Pool day today, and we got confirmation this afternoon that Ivy is officially trending in the right direction. I've been sent puppy pics each morning to wake up to. It was a good day. 😊 Wedding is tomorrow.

The worst part is how random it is. Different joints, different days. We refer to them as random pain days in our house. You never know what you're going to wake up with, or end up with day to day. Biologics will help somewhat. November can't come fast enough. ♥️

We made it! We also sat directly behind Fernando Pisani on the flight. Lol Ivy is doing better for now, I feel like I can breath. Commence vacation! 🐾🌴🍹

Ivy made it all night without any emergencies. I feel ever so slightly better the worst may be over and she's on the mend. Here we go.

That's good to know. I'm really hoping the kids give us good news that there's improvement by tomorrow night.

I'm losing my mind a little. We fly out for my niece's wedding tomorrow morning, and I already hate leaving them when things are fine. Leaving her like this is killing me.

Was up with Ivy every 2 hours last night. I'm so tired I can barely think. She's been able to make it 3 hours at a time today. Started a bland diet. I've never been less excited to go on vacation than I am right now. I have plans in place if she doesn't improve. I just need her to be okay. 😔

This will be our last season as season seat holders. We will not renew next year, and we will not be spending on new merch. We're going to take the money we typically would have spent and donate it to SACE instead. I encourage everyone who can to do the same.

New lows seemingly hourly now from Bruce McAllister. He seems to be attempting to intimidate and silence credible critics of the UCP's overtly anti-immigrant referendum questions by engaging in demeaning and disrespectful attacks. It's Trumpian thug politics.

Disappointed but not surprised to see Duane waddling in here. It’s an easy one for him - cherry pick the ugliest possible reading of an issue and huff and puff some laurentian talking points as if he just discovered them. He’s entitled to his opinion, of course, but labelling these referendum questions “anti-immigrant” is lazy even by his standards.
Albertans have every right to weigh in on whether we want more control over the numbers, economic migrants first, and a wait before temporary residents tap the same health, education and social programs as citizens and permanent residents. You know, the generations of people who have built the province, and yes, the many respectful, hardworking, and thoughtful immigrants who came here the right way - before his idol Justin opened the borders to mass uncontrolled immigration. That’s not hate. That’s how you keep a welfare state from buckling.
If the big bad professor doesn’t support them, he’s free to say so. But calling them “anti-immigrant”? Sorry big guy - that’s not analysis. That’s just the slogan you brought from the rally.

Bessent's analogy is insulting, ridiculous, & stupid. Walking away from a deal that a bully is trying to impose is a quiet show of strength. We are not harassing or cajoling the US. We are ignoring their ridiculous trade offers and insults. There's no anger like that of a spurned and ignored bully.
