The need for adaptation has been known for 40+ years. The CC Act 2008 established the CC Cttee to guide HMG on the actions needed. Politicians, particularly Tory politicians, have done so little that the PM needs to hold a Cobra meeting to decide what we should be doing. Awful, awful. #bbcpm
