Got to see one of my favourite bands ever play tonight at the London Palladium - Black Box Recorder. Never thought I'd get to see them. Was everything I hoped it would be.

I enjoyed The Book Thief, I do not enjoy Book Thieves @societyofauthors.bsky.social

The society of authors poster with the text Meta Book Thieves, they must #dothewritething

When you've been the star of one of the defining dramas of the era and you still can't escape the shadow of your brother who hit Joe pesci with a paint can in a film 35 years ago

These schemes are brilliant and I'm really chuffed to be a part of this one. One of my family's favourite ever books came from a bookbug bag - Little Mouse by @alisonmurray.bsky.social. Everyone in our house can recite the book by heart. It holds a special place in our hearts. And it was free.

Little Mouse cover by Alison Murray, showing a little girl blowing a trumpet on the back of an elephant, marching in line behind a lion and a penguin

If you liked the idea of the picture book i made with Glaswegian Ross Collins There's Nothing faster than a Cheetah but felt two Scottish authors was a bit too much then good news! It's out today but in Welsh. Translated by Luned Aaron. amzn.eu/d/b6SLmbJ
