5 degrees* My point is that these parts have complex dynamics. They can even have error introduced via the measurement/power mode chosen. Hammering away in high perf mode gives you chunks of fairly significant current that needs to be dissipated eventually Thermals are everything with these.

Speaking of thermal coupling. I guess there is AC on, and a vent blowing at the EPD board, probably with a reasonable groundplane acting as heatsink? If the sensor thinks it's sensing a *gas* temp that has that temp difference, well.. the calculated equivalent CO2 output is gas temp dependent, yeah?

Forgot I had a load of serial output left in, slowing things down a bit. Seems smoother with it off anyway. Haven't actually timed it, but certainly looks better.

So I haven't actually seen this bad apple thing yet, or at least until now. But it looks pretty good on a memory pixel LCD, streaming out of the flash of an ESP32-S3! Speedy!

Aw shoot. So looks like this display is borked. It got shipped with the FPC folded around the padding foam, rather than flat. I can get a picture if I tap the die bonded drivers *just right* - but it's definitely pretty dodgy! But - wasn't the code at least!

Hm. Certainly not a Banksy itself, but in the style of. The tag is a good indicator, along with the stencil bleed. Lot of this stencil around Hamburg.

Stick it on a pallet. It's absolutely worth it. If not, at least bung a couple of shockwatch labels on it, visibly. These things are pretty good in my experience.

That said, when signing off a Google mail with the Google keyboard, on my Google Android phone, all using the Google account I've had for nearly 20 years... All this "AI" effort seems so wasted when we could all benefit from such lower hanging fruit.
Googles suggestions for what I should call myself when signing off an email.

Can't quite see, is it nRF? Trying to decide if this was forked from an e-scooter design, or if the e-scooter companies just forked from this sort of existing layout. This one is a telemetry / remote control pack from a Voi (lime?) rent-a-scooter. Certainly "similar" in form and layout...

It's always worth putting the time in on the CAD for things like display panels - checking the FPC as it is curved for the given board thickness! Can locate the board connector to ensure that there isn't excessive curvature of the fixed length of the flex.

These neat little bar format LCD panels are a bit on the small side, but given they are selling for about a quid a pc for 76x284px... Well, it'd be rude not to whip up a little breakout. Dropped on a Waveshare ESP32/RP2350 Tiny module footprint - for now...

Now I'm thinking could you get one of those handheld dental water jets, and a plastic basin, with a drain that runs back to a small reservoir, pumped back to the nozzle...? Like this, but with a bucket and a small pump, instead of a sink right

3 mins sounds like a lot of water though... No-solvent-safety is nice, but we always just had soak / rinse tanks, a few L of IPA, that could always be re-bottled. Would love to know if the water soluble stuff would work in lower volume, in an ultrasonic bath. That was always great for small bits!

Awesome. That's the way, get it polymerized in the sun. Firewall says no to me, but yeah, so long as folk are told to cure off the runoff - and do so(!) like you're doing, all good.

Funny, I'm in a similar mindset. I recall picking up some neat - and pokey - e-matches when I was doing rocketry at EARS, years back. As I don't realllly care where the gas goes when it dumps, too much, i'm thinking pyro valve - just like the hybrid guys do it. That, or just e-match burst disc...

Or... slightly less insane... 88g of CO2 is cheap enough, but getting a manifold rigged is more expensive than I would like - I have long since moved on from a job that involves Swagelok! Not to mention, a solenoid valve that can dump bottle pressure is... not at all cheap.
