Imagine an Eagles win probability chart looking like this

A win probability chart. The y-axis spans from 100% probability for one team at the top, to a 50/50 probability for each team in the middle, to 100% probability at the bottom for the second team at the bottom. The x-axis lists the four quarters of a football game. The curve starts at a 75/25 split at the beginning of the first quarter, has a couple of very mild spikes in towards the top in the first quarter, and then slowly slides downward toward 100%, forming a nice, long tail. By the middle of the 3rd quarter, it is effectively a flat line pegged at 100% for the bottom team. At no point does the curve go above a 30/70 split for the top team. This curve is indicative of a comfortable win, a start-to-finish domination of one team by the other. It was taken from today's Jaguars-Browns game, in which the Browns threw an interception on the fifth play of the game, and the Jaguars led throughout, winning 34-10.
