My cynical side says this is entirely self-serving. Steam wants no ads ONLY because they don’t get a cut of those ad deals. Buuuut they happen to get 30% of microtransactions and DLC when they’re paid for via the default Steam Wallet.

The implementation of translation is a little clunky. I would love to see posts automatically translated to my target language, with a "machine translated [show original text]" button/disclaimer to let you get to the original post. I imagine that would cost a lot of compute, though!

I love NV, but my biggest complaint is that they made Freeside so huge, and literally nothing happens there. NPCs mention it, and it's made to sound important—maybe there was loads of cut content/another option to help Freeside take over The Strip?
