As much as I hated assembling these Zombies so long ago, and their 5 pairs of legs and 6 torsos and technically 6 heads and very little flexibility in posing without getting very creative... I gotta admit, they paint up great! Having a great time the past week with them!

... I forgot to hit send on this earlier, whoopsie! I got the lost temple ramp for my terrain set and didn't expect it to be MASSIVE?! Fits together well so far, few gaps you can't see underneath but it is a real chonky bit of terrain.

It's Spooky Minis Month! The month where I make it my mission to batch paint too many spooky models. It also means my Mantic armies will be finished <3 Day 1 so far, 2 Scarecrows and 5 zombies base coated. I'll keep doing batches like this as much as I can.

I've decided next month being Halloween, I'll paint as much spooky minis as I can. That'll mean mostly Mantic Plague and Nightstalkers to finish those armies in full. Helps knowing they're so quick to paint!

Paperback codex is excellent, but the price for the Captain on Bike is ridiculous. €47.50 for one guy?! Eventually, sure, but that's a future luxury for me. Same with updated bikes, if I need Thunder Hammers I'll plan for that later.

Powered through the entire batch of Ghouls I wanted done in about 3 hours, turns out batch jobs are fast when they only have a few steps. Who knew?! Also, getting my first Zealot ready, a fairly simple paint scheme but they really have some great character. Minis finished: 155

With the Adept, that's up to 148 minis. The past month was awful given my medication change, but I'm hoping to catch up with some quicker paint jobs, hopefully more "1 a day" style projects.
