Not in all circles 😔 My aunt is using AI to help my mum with a bureaucratic issue and I can hear her hold back frustration every time I point out that her AI can't "think" or suggest that perhaps she shouldn't upload medical info to it...

The rest of this episode was a bit better about it. The main "hero" being someone who turned fellow police in while the murderous villain is the one calling IA "rats". I feel like they're either trying to walk a tightrope or it's just different writers.

I hope it has a period of increase though. More people probably should cut off their parents, at least temporarily. Then one can hope more parents realise that's a real risk and adjust their behaviour accordingly - so it can go down again.

Oh right, I've been without a dishwasher for all of two months and already forgot what it's like XD That does indeed take less than 5 minutes, at least per cycle (sometimes all the dishes don't fit at once). And absolutely, you've done part of it!

- Having a dishwasher. - Listening to either a podcast or fun music that you can daydream to (bonus points if you can daydream that you are doing the dishes, but somehow fit it into an exciting narrative). I also suck at getting the dishes washed anyway 😅

I don't think they're likely to get that big anyway! Mine have been growing since I was 9, that's a lot of catching up to do 😅 They were also more reasonable when I was thin. Lotta factors.

What do you mean by more broadly? I've only seen it used more narrowly, as in thinking it only applies to the extremely brutal methods of genocide used right now, rather than the entire colonial project that Israel was founded on.
