I do have Conservas apart of the month though!

010

Tyler Lance - Comic Book Yeti @tlance8.bsky.social · 02/10/2026

Probably either Nusfjord or Onirim! Both simple games but been a while since playing them

010

Tyler Lance - Comic Book Yeti @tlance8.bsky.social · 01/10/2026

27 games, 33 plays with 11 games new to me this month as I start up Solotober today

Motionless in White - Decades album. If you like metal core

Tyler Lance - Comic Book Yeti @tlance8.bsky.social · 27/09/2026

How is that comment valid after looking at the last 9 years of Brewers baseball? Sure, there haven't been results in the playoffs, but expectations change a lot for this postseason. Sure bad process after a year or two than flop as a team, but that isn't the case

110

Tyler Lance - Comic Book Yeti @tlance8.bsky.social · 27/09/2026

This was damn fun to talk about! And guess what, there is another one coming up soon with October around the corner! @redzengames.bsky.social @flatoutgames.bsky.social

121

Tyler Lance - Comic Book Yeti @tlance8.bsky.social · 27/09/2026

But there has to be something to bitch about, even though this team has been the best ever in the regular season

120

Tyler Lance - Comic Book Yeti @tlance8.bsky.social · 26/09/2026

Sounds like you have a little heavier of a month planned, but a fun one at that! Interested in following along to see how it goes!

010

Tyler Lance - Comic Book Yeti @tlance8.bsky.social · 26/09/2026

Its a writing kind of night tonight. There a crowdfunding game that launches next month that you are looking forward to? #tabletopgames #crowdfunding

Tyler Lance - Comic Book Yeti @tlance8.bsky.social · 24/09/2026

In one week, I start my Solotober month for the 3rd year in a row. I will say that as I planned out my games for this October, they have gotten much lighter and quicker to play, as I have added a lot more Button Shy Games to my collection over time #tabletopgaming #soloboardgames

If you haven't subscribed and checked out what @jimmygaspero.bsky.social and @comicbookyeti.com are doing, do so NOW! Some great work that they are doing!

Tyler Lance - Comic Book Yeti @tlance8.bsky.social · 08/09/2026

And that was a missed opportunity by the 19-year-old! Keep things going for this Saturday's match

000

Tyler Lance - Comic Book Yeti @tlance8.bsky.social · 08/09/2026

So Aston Villa CAN score a goal in a match!!!!

000

Tyler Lance - Comic Book Yeti @tlance8.bsky.social · 03/09/2026

@teamcovenant.com Is the team adding Iron Fist for Marvel Champions to the subscriptions, or should players look elsewhere to get that hero pack?

100

Tyler Lance - Comic Book Yeti @tlance8.bsky.social · 01/09/2026

I nearly backed Old Kings Crown after my play but resisted with the amount of content I have to play right now with Marvel Champions, Ashes, and both DC/Marvel Legendary haha

010

Tyler Lance - Comic Book Yeti @tlance8.bsky.social · 01/09/2026

2 playet Compile with the 2nd Main box! Id love to test out the solo mode and 3rd main box that they have!

110

Tyler Lance - Comic Book Yeti @tlance8.bsky.social · 01/09/2026

All in-person plays! A couple of review copies from publishers in there which were each great! 38 plays, 24 games, and 11 new to me @buttonshy.bsky.social @solisgamestudio.bsky.social @arcanewonders.bsky.social

161

Tyler Lance - Comic Book Yeti @tlance8.bsky.social · 31/08/2026

Oh come on! Blow the whistle right away. You don't get a minute to decide if it's a kick or not #PL

000

Tyler Lance - Comic Book Yeti @tlance8.bsky.social · 31/08/2026

I'd say Aston Villa couldn't play worse than how they did against Brighton, but it is Arsenal. At least they have Jacskon up front and Suzuki in goal to get the pieces they got in transfers playing #PL

000

Tyler Lance - Comic Book Yeti @tlance8.bsky.social · 28/08/2026

That was a filthy header from Erling Haaland #PFL

I joined the guys over at @tabletop.express to talk about some games I played this month and I just had to talk about Six Sided Seas from @solisgamestudio.bsky.social. A written review is coming soon, but I had a lot of fun talking about their latest game! Reach out if you want to learn more!

Tyler Lance - Comic Book Yeti @tlance8.bsky.social · 26/08/2026

Also, not running out of the box isn't as obvious, but not bunting on an obvious strike earlier in the game is inexcusable

000

Tyler Lance - Comic Book Yeti @tlance8.bsky.social · 26/08/2026

Does Murph do this in the playoffs? Absolutely not. Mistakes can't be made by players during the regular season, especially when you are trying to give these young guys time to grow in the majors while also trying to contend for the World Series come time for the postseason

The Six sided Seas was designed to be specifically a Playmat Game. A Game with strong table presence, and a ton of game to offer using only one other component. Read the blog about how we made it happen here: www.solisgamestudio.com/blo...

I'm putting together a write-up on a review of a copy of Six-Sided Seas and it has been a hit in my house after playing it a half dozen times so far! @solisgamestudio.bsky.social

Tyler Lance - Comic Book Yeti @tlance8.bsky.social · 26/08/2026

We don't want accountability? Do you have the same issue when Murph pulled starters mid at-bat and it paid off? Or is this a bigger issue because they lost?

Tyler Lance - Comic Book Yeti @tlance8.bsky.social · 23/08/2026

Well that was just atrocious from Villa. What the hell are you doing there

000

Tyler Lance - Comic Book Yeti @tlance8.bsky.social · 22/08/2026

Just over a week later and I got the approved email from @officialpax.bsky.social Unplugged. Super excited for this opportunity and December 3rd cant get here soon enough

040

Tyler Lance - Comic Book Yeti @tlance8.bsky.social · 21/08/2026

I do appreciate the fact that there aren't hydration breaks for matches that I'm sure are like this more often than not. Just get the game over hah

000

Tyler Lance - Comic Book Yeti @tlance8.bsky.social · 21/08/2026

At least on paper Brighton and Aston Villa should be a better match than this. I understand Coventry is likely to be relegated, but this is already ugly

010

Tyler Lance - Comic Book Yeti @tlance8.bsky.social · 21/08/2026

Hah. I did some research and I don't mind being the Villain from time to time 🤣

Never been a big FPL fan, but a great time to start as I'll hop on the Aston Villa bandwagon for this season! Join in yourself to take on us at CBY

Finally upgraded my mic so won't have an echo when recording videos. Much needed and can't wait to hear it in upcoming content

Tyler Lance - Comic Book Yeti @tlance8.bsky.social · 15/08/2026

On a side note, my BGA asynchronous games are down to 2 and usually I'd be rushing out to make new tables but im totally okay with having that few games with how busy things are now

010

Tyler Lance - Comic Book Yeti @tlance8.bsky.social · 15/08/2026

Got my review copies from @buttonshy.bsky.social games today and I'm so damn impressed as im simply learning The Daily Weather. Great design by Ian Tarter and I haven't even started playing it yet hah

Tyler Lance - Comic Book Yeti @tlance8.bsky.social · 13/08/2026

Let the nerves and stress begin as I await a response to my media/content creator pass to @officialpax.bsky.social for this December. My first time applying but super excited to hopefully get this opportunity!

Have some fun things coming between Champions Assembled with @tabletop.express and reviews Ill be giving my opinion in with @comicbookyeti.com. Its all coming together and this is awesome

132

Tyler Lance - Comic Book Yeti @tlance8.bsky.social · 08/08/2026

It is more difficult solo especially if you have horrible rolls

010

Tyler Lance - Comic Book Yeti @tlance8.bsky.social · 07/08/2026

I really enjoy Vantage but I wouldn't play it more than 3 players ever! Too much downtime between turns with too many people playing

110

Tyler Lance - Comic Book Yeti @tlance8.bsky.social · 31/07/2026

Doing some writing tonight over playing any more games so the mounth of July is over for board games! A strong month of games! 50 plays and 7 new to me games!
