It's a very small harvest, we know; but just a few months ago it was a bare stick with no roots jabbed into the ground. Now it has at least two grafts and is producing little sweet mulberries. Every harvest starts with the little victories. 🌱 #gardening #zone10 #urbangarden

How big was your turkey! It's usually 24 hrs for every 4 pounds. You might still be in good shape. Otherwise drop that bird in a bucket and run cold water over it to speed things up a bit.

It took a couple of tries. Lots of trial and error. Make sure if you're using store bought ginger it's organic (try Sprouts or a farmers market) general supermarket stuff may have been subjected to special lights that kill bacteria but also keep it from fully sprouting. Best of luck! 👍🏿
