We just hosted our first workshop of the year this past Sunday. It was such a blast to meet everyone and share I. Their creativity as Ms. kay taught everyone the beautiful art of kokodama! 🌱

Up in the @urbangardensd test kitchen cooking up something in the lab for our neighbors. First up is our rosemary season salt and the other is my mulberry bbq sauce. Can't wait to bring these future additions to the site and the #farmfreshdays to come. #bbq #growyourgreens #gardening 🌱

It's a very small harvest, we know; but just a few months ago it was a bare stick with no roots jabbed into the ground. Now it has at least two grafts and is producing little sweet mulberries. Every harvest starts with the little victories. 🌱 #gardening #zone10 #urbangarden

Garden Hurb Buttered Turkey is resting, ham in the oven. Sides on deck and R&B jams from the 80's and 90's out the speakers. I think we're getting there. 🌱 #HappyThanksgiving #turkeyday #urbangarden

For those who may not know us: I'm Tyger (tyger0.bsky.social) and with my wife Kanna (who runs our IG) run TK Urban Garden. It's a small home garden 🌱 that keeps us both within socially acceptable levels of sanity. She is an educator. I'm retired from the Navy working as a consultant.

We grow the herbs and fruit trees in the run and our girls (like Gamora here) help with the pruning. We tried the other way around and it just didn't work out. Not sure why. 😂 🌱 #gardening #backyardchickens #urbangarden
