Buy one of these. And a plastic scraper. That’s all you need to clean. If you seriously burn something repeat clean with course salt. Once I learned the way…I will never use teflon. I use vegetable oil generally…light coat, wipe with paper towel (if you want save the pt as a fire starter)

Usually, I’m the first to knock the state of Missouri because we are so backwards. But once a month I receive Missouri conservationist. Always have ever since I was a kid and my oldest brother ordered it. We get it for free. And it’s awesome every month.

My last Mizzou-Kansas game as an equipment manager was 1989. Friday afternoons we would set up the locker room for the game. We loved this job. We called ourselves "Road Crew," because we imagined ourselves as a rock band road crew setting stuff up.

The year was 1989, and this was my final season as an equipment manager at Mizzou. This crew was the best of the best, and I am still proud to have been a part of Mizzou football. Screw KU.

This is a great story. One person who CAN making a difference. NFL salaries (heck college “salaries”) are insane. Imagine what this could do if multiple athletes did this.
