So many companies are outsourcing their 'help' features to AI. Multiple times the AI has sent on a wild goose chase for a feature that does not exist. I'd rather have to wait on an email from a person than waste my time searching for something that doesn't exist.

There are a lot of graphs that are misleading unintentionally, are difficult to read, or use incomplete data on purpose to try and prove a point unsupported by the data. Those are bad graphs.
