I seriously NEEDED to see this. Used to go to the gym 3-5 Xs a week & somehow just stopped after about 2 years. I used to work in home health & did lots of single & double people lifts. As he stated I really NEED to get back to working out due to my age & slim stature. AND to fight MAGA patriarchy

This is the motivation my depressed arse needed to get my back to the gym. I was even talking to my therapist about it today, told her I miss my muscles & can't believe I once lifted people when I worked in home health. Im very slim but lost alot of nice muscle. Thank you SO MUCH for this!!
