Personally, the state of things here in the US is mind numbingly brutal and our mental health is so important to be mindful of now. Take time for a walk in nature, mindful baths and showers rinsing off bad energy, hand over heart hugs, soothing music, humming and meditating. Blessings to all 🙏🏻💖
