Library staff get to decide what rude, intimidating or disrespectful behavior looks like for them. Not everyone will have the same limit, and they should not have to explain WHY. Policy is there to back up the limit staff decide on. #thrivelib

It was valuable to spend a whole conference focused on well-being for ourselves and our organizations. The opportunity to share these ideas is limited in traditional groups and this was a fantastic opportunity.
