My mom is in surgery this morning. They found an abscess on her intestines & draining it was not an option. She’s going to be out of work & I’m really not sure how I’m going to be able to pay her bills & mine. She doesn’t have insurance except for Medicaid. Please pray for my family.

People at my work are talking about how Dolly was an icon. It’s true, she is well loved by all us Appalachian folk. If only they could take a page out of her book and learn to love everyone though. She wasn’t openly red or blue, but she advocated for LGBTQ, supported BLM….
