Fire Emblem: Fortune’s Weave has taken over my life. There will be videos on this game.

Roxas in Fortnite is an instant buy for me. I’m so jazzed and I’m not even that into Fortnite.

I watched it for the first time this year and it genuinely just feels like they took the Lifestream from FFVII and put it in a pure Sci-Fi movie. I can’t say it felt like FF, but it was solid enough.

I just finished the Shadowbringers expansion of FFXIV and while I absolutely adored it, it still didn’t quite top the pure perfection that was Heavensward. But it was really really close.

i really wish influencers would stop romanticizing drinking heavily, making drinks w 4-5 shots in it isn’t healthy, normal or safe in the slightest

I’m not familiar with co-op for those game but I love all 3 of them! I’d say 5 is my favorite of the 3!

ThoughtBubble (Jon) @thoughtbubbleyt.bsky.social · 17/07/2026

The only game I have actively disliked so far is 3. 😂

ThoughtBubble (Jon) @thoughtbubbleyt.bsky.social · 17/07/2026

It kind of feels like there are two trilogies in the original pixel games with 1, 3, and 5 focusing heavily on gameplay and character the class/job systems while 2 feels like it set the stage for 4 and 6 to be more narratively important. It’s definitely got some jank, but for me it’s charming jank.

ThoughtBubble (Jon) @thoughtbubbleyt.bsky.social · 17/07/2026

So, I played the Pixel Remaster and I think that helped significantly, but I think I’m a bit of an odd case because I really loved 2. The leveling system is definitely wonky, but because I don’t mind grinding I actually had a lot of fun exploiting it.

This year I’ve set a goal to beat every single-player numbered FF game in order from 1-16 and it’s been so much fun. I just beat 9 last night and I’ll be starting 10 this weekend. I’m playing both MMOs too but I’m not playing those concurrently with the others instead of in numerical order.

I hope you enjoy!! The anime cuts a lot from the games and changes the characters and their development a fair bit in ways I don’t love, but overall it’s a fun adaptation and worth a watch from what I remember.
